Digital copy of score post-premiere period; access to masterclass by composer or project leaders (class date TBA)
SCORE ONLY MEMBERSHIP
Purchase of a Cello Teaching Repertoire Consortium Membership gives the purchaser the right to receive a digital copy of the commissioned score by email according to the specified timeline to use with their private studio. Scores and invitations to masterclasses will be sent to email addresses included with membership purchase.
Membership in CTRC shall be non-transferable, non-assignable and non-refundable. Membership contributions are not prorated.
March 1-July 16: Commissioning partner drive
July 1: Draft piece delivered to CTRC leaders for editing period
July 1-July 16: In collaboration with the teachers and students, edits will be suggested to the composers for pedagogical effectiveness.
August 1-September 30: PREMIERE PERIOD
Delivery Date, October 1: Post-premiere period (Delivery Date)
FOR FUNDS IN EXCESS OF THE $4000 GOAL, a portion will be applied to this year’s commissioning fees, and the remainder will be applied towards next year’s Cello Teaching Repertoire Consortium. All money will go directly to composers writing new pieces for student cellists!
